General Use

To create or import a recipe, click the + icon in the top right and choose Create or Import. Import is also accessible directly from the left sidebar.

To switch spaces, click the user icon in the upper right corner. The option to switch only appears if you're a member of more than one space. This menu also gives you access to your settings and a Help overview, which is a quick rundown of all the options and is useful for things under Database in the sidebar.

You'll see references to Household in various places. That's for sharing meal plans and grocery lists between users in the same household; you don't need to worry about it.

You only have modify permissions for things in your own space. If you accidentally try to edit something in another user's space it may look like it's working, but you'll get red error popups indicating you don't have the appropriate permissions. Nothing will actually change.

The Meal Plan, Shopping, Pantry, and Books sections are fairly self-explanatory. Feel free to explore them.
